Tom, I was trying your suggestion regarding 2 fidelity logins having issues. In Acct details general there are no numbers following fidelity investments. However, after disconnecting online access, there is no ability to delete the financial institution name: fidelity investments. Only the account number is editable and blank.

I take it you're referring to the "Account Number" box, right below the "Financial institution" box? And that my suggestion related to having two accounts with a financial institution but only being able to download one account's info at a time, because setting one account up for downloading disconnects the other account?
I don't use Fidelity, but I'd think that they would absolutely have to distinguish their customers' accounts with some sort of identifier, which typically are numbers, so I think there could be a problem with your file if you're not seeing any numbers in the Account Number box.
Perhaps check if that's the case by creating a new file with only those two Fidelity accounts in the file and see if setting both of them for downloading works in that file.
